DAVIDSON-FORTIN DUO

Vibraphonist Michael Davidson and bassist Daniel Fortin are two of Ontario's most vital and intriguing performers in jazz, improvised music, and well beyond. Together they run the adventurous digital imprint Elastic Recordings which in 2019 released the duo's debut album Clock Radio — a witty angular series of compositions by Davidson.

KIM ZOMBIK

Enchanted by words and poetry as a child, musician Kim Zombik started writing in fourth grade. She has evolved into a writer of lyrics, poems and stories. Her works are intimate, tragic and funny.

NASHVILLE MINIMALISM UNIT

Nashville Minimalism Unit is the brainchild of improvising pedal steel guitarist Kurt Newman, who has played pivotal roles in the Toronto and Austin creative music scenes. Nashville Minimalism Unit posits an open-ended freeform exploration of the country music palette. .. with Patrick O'Reilly guitar; Brodie West alto saxophone; Andrew Furlong bass;
Blake Howard drums.
